Team Update

After a year off, Molly Brown is excited to be competing safely in 2021. The values we upheld in 2020 during our season off have carried over into the 2021 roster and season. Our first set of commissions were donated to a Denver mutual aid group that donates survival gear to the homeless in Denver. In June 2020, Molly Brown decided not to participate in the club season that eventually was canceled due to the global pandemic. In lieu of ultimate & in response to the continued state-sanctioned police-violence against people of color, specifically Black & Indigenous folks, Molly Brown is transferring energy into anti-racist work internally and externally. Part of this work is hiring community members to hold webinars on local and national issues impacted by systemic racism.

The money made from 'Sports Are Political' merchandise goes directly to community members who are conducting educational opportunities vital to building and reimagining our socio-political consciousness.
