Uniforms all arrived and they look wonderful. Thank you all so much. We have been getting multiple comments about how sharp the boys look and how much they stand out on the ice. Thank you all. They are also very comfy and warm to wear which is a real treat especially for me as I'm the coach that sits on the ice in the cold the whole game. The jacket and hoodie together are really quite comfortable for long periods of time.

I wanted to let you know an update - which is that we are bringing back our Get REAL Hero Awards, and you are our selected individual (representing VC Ultimate) for 2023!

We haven't done our awards in a few years just under the strain of launching new programs but we used to award one individual/small business and one school/educator who have gone above and beyond in supporting inclusion, being a champion for our values as an organization, and giving back to programming that makes a difference in people's lives.

We made the decision to bring back this award this year, and for the individual/small business award it was a very easy selection for us - the whole team wanted to recognize all of your efforts and the VC Ultimate community's efforts over the years, which have truly meant so much to us - not least of all because as a small team, that started from scratch, we recognize the immense hard work that goes into creating an amazing organization like VC Ultimate, that even with all
of the challenges that come with it, is still able to give back to community. We sincerely appreciate the support, from the bottom of our hearts.
