Can we receive our uniforms before leaving for the tournament?
Absolutely! We can ship directly to your team before departure. We recommend allowing an extra week for delivery, particularly for international orders.
Does our team have to pay VAT if we're ordering from outside Europe?
Lookfly pricing includes VAT where applicable. Final taxes and duties depend on your delivery country. Our team can help clarify applicable charges before you order.
We're running late! Can we still place an order?
Possibly! We can often accommodate orders up to one week after the standard deadline, depending on production availability. A 25% rush surcharge applies to accepted rush orders. Get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
