With our new Custom Hat Program, you get to decide every detail. Go bold with full sublimation to design every inch of your hat, with team-friendly minimums of only 25 units. Or create your own look panel by panel, choosing the colours, fabrics, and finishing touches that fit your team’s style.

From casual cotton and corduroy to performance-ready options like air mesh and Taslon, we’ve sourced materials that look great, feel great, and hold up season after season. Add your logo, custom embroidery, or a woven patch - and you’ve got a hat that’s 100% your own.

FAQs:

1. Can VC help me to figure out the best options and with the design? 

• • Yes, 100% - Contact VC 

1. Can I mix styles to hit minimums, or pricing quantity breaks? 

   • No, you cannot mix styles or designs (even on the same style hats). 

2. Can I mix hat colours within a style to hit minimums, or pricing quantity breaks? 

   • No, you cannot mix colours to meet minimums. 

3. Can I mix embroidery/logo colours within a style to hit minimums, or pricing quantity breaks? 

   • If it’s the same logo and hat style but just a different logo colour, then you can mix to meet the minimums (surcharge $1/unit). However, each embroidery colour must have at least 25 units per colour.

4. Can I mix materials on the same hat? 

   • No, these would count as separate orders. 

5. Can I both sublimate and embroider a hat? 

   • Yes, but there will be an extra charge for the embroidery (+ $2/unit).

6. Do I need to have the VC logo on the hat? 

   • No, not if your order is over 100 units, or if a school/corporate rule prohibits it. You can, however, choose the embroidery colour of the VC logo.

   • Note that there is VC branding on the inside of the hat (taping on the seams and a woven label).

7. Can I add a second logo to the back/side of the hat? 

   • Yes (+ $2/unit).

8. What is the standard timeline to have the order back at VCHQ to ship out to the customer? 

   • 3-4 weeks plus 2 weeks transit time of 5-10 days. Larger orders of 500+ may take an extra week.

9. Can I do a rush order? 

   • Yes - 25% surcharge for a 2-week production time, plus 5-10 days transit time.
